Apparently, postage went up to forty-two cents. In May. but you knew that, didn't you?
I had no idea. I guess since the only thing I'm sending out has a military address on it, the postal people (and our receptionist) have been having compassion on me and adding the penny stamp. I did wonder why the mail guy didn't take my letter from my mailbox out slot the other day! Guess the grace period is over.
And before you tell me that I can buy those forever stamps, I will say that I think they're kinda ugly.
I like pretty stamps.

not to mention, those are probably the only flowers Major ever gets to see!
I didn't know the price went up either - but I have a better excuse than you!

Believe it or not, I once sent a b-day card to my father-in-law with the wrong postage on. I too was clueless that it had changed. Of course, he never let me forget it. teehee.
So what do you think of the selection of ... say... the "love" themed stamps?
Just wondering...
i keep checking like u told me to.... and i don't see that post u want me to look at yet!!!! LOL :-P
It's amazing that all those letters got out here and did not get returned. None of them have enough postage on it!
And it appears Janice is still as mischievous as ever.
haha i am just like you... i will drive all around town to find the "cutest" stamps... Caleb always wonders why I can't just be practical like him :)
